Perhaps using Scilab

is a

smart decision

Scilab

Scilab is a powerful interactive open source programming environment that greatly facilitates the task of numerical computation and data analysis. Scilab has been designed for engineering and scientific applications and can be got free of charge.

This part contains:

  • the new version of a small tutorial about the use of Scilab in Clinical Neurophysiology (using Linux). The tutorial is directed to Clinical Neurophysiologists and tries to establish bridges between the different abilities required to acquire, process and analyze neurophysiological signals using Scilab. Our aim is to show why using Scilab is a smart decision.

  • Sciteam: some notes about how to use Scilab together with other programs. At present it includes some pages specially designed to access to the contents and tools of Physionet (a very important resource with a large number of biological signals).

You will find more information on Clinical Neurophysiology in our Home page.
